Growing up in Mililani, Oahu, Tim Marr, a young and active youth, participated in various sports; soccer, swimming, cross-country, and surfing. Before the age of 1, he's witnessed his dad, Blake Marr, do a grueling triathlon race on Oahu called the Ironman back in 1979. Following in his dad's footsteps, little Tim also participated in the Ironkids triathlon. As Tim grew older, he did not realize that one day, this would be his profession. Tri-Hard follows Tim Marr in his professional journey as a triathlete from where it began to where he is today as a well-known name in the sport.
